Eligibility Criteria: Candidates for admission to the course should have passed Higher Secondary Examination / Vocational Higher Secondary, Kerala or any examination equivalent thereto as approved by Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. Candidate should have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English put together.
Age: Applicant should be 17 years old or above to be eligible for admission. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed
Application Procedure
Fill and submit the Online Application form on or before 19/07/2024 up to 4.30 PM
The applicant should have a registered Email ID for future reference for admission
The applicant should have a Mobile Number plus an alternative number on the Application (Parent and Student) (Same Mobile number will not be accepted)
Read the details mentioned in the admission guidelines thoroughly before filling the application
After successfully submitting, the application and paying the application fees, your application number will be sent to your email address provided. Sometimes, this email may have been placed in your junk/spam email folder. Please check that folder in case you have not received the confirmation email
Self-attested certificates to be attach while submitting application form online. (The scanned copies (Original Certificate) should be in PDF format and with clear resolution, Maximum file size for each document should not be more than 2MB)

The candidate should upload a passport-size photo (Dimension of Photo: 150(W) x 200 (H) pixels, Format: JPG or JPEG, Size: Less than 30kb) of the candidate with good clarity (photos taken on mobile must be avoided and a scanned copy of the signature (Image size should be less than 20KB and it should be in a .jpeg, .jpg format).
Fee Structure will be as per the Govt. of Kerala.
Candidates will be informed via mail / telephone as per merit for Management /NRI seat allotments and counselling
For NRI seats procedure will be through online itself, additional documents required to be attached as per checklist given in the prospectus.
Original Certificates to be produced for Admission: -Refer the checklist of Prospectus for BSc Optometry as given on the website
The application fee will be Rs. 1050/- payable through online by using Debit/Credit/Internet banking or UPI facility. Application without payment will not be accepted

Late or defective application will not be considered and under any circumstances (DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS BY POST)
Certificates without the signature of the issuing authority or that are incomplete will be treated as defective and such certificates will not be considered for granting any claim.
