Eligibility Criteria: Candidates for admission to the course should have passed Higher Secondary Examination / Vocational Higher Secondary, Kerala or any examination equivalent thereto as approved by Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. Candidate should have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English put together.
Age: Applicant should be 17 years old or above to be eligible for admission. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed
Application Procedure
Fill and submit the Online Application form on or before 31/07/2023 at 4 PM
The applicant should have a registered Email ID
After payment confirmation, the applicant can take a print out of the application from their Email
Self-attested certificates to be attach while submitting application form online. (the scanned copies should be in PDF format and with clear resolution)

The photo of the candidate uploaded should be with good clarity (photos taken in mobile is not allowed)
Fee Structure will be informed later as soon as the notification is received from Govt. of Kerala.
Candidates will be informed via mail / telephone as per merit for Management /NRI seat allotments and counselling
For NRI seats procedure will be through online itself, additional documents required to be attached as per checklist given in the prospectus.
Original Certificates to be produced for Counselling : -Refer the checklist of Prospectus for BSc Optometry as given in the website
The application fee will be Rs. 1050/- payable through online by using Debit/Credit/Internet banking or UPI facility. Application without payment will not be accepted

Late or defective application will not be considered and under any circumstances (DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS BY POST)
Certificates without the signature of the issuing authority or that are incomplete will be treated as defective and such certificates will not be considered for granting any claim.
